Engaging customers with dynamic visual content has become paramount to nurturing customer engagement and building brand awareness.  Forty Winks, a leader in bedding and furniture recently embraced this trend at its Kawana and Noosa locations by installing a state-of-the-art display system designed to engage potential clients and enhance the shopping experience.

Retail Storytelling with High-Definition LED Signage

Forty Winks, Kawana installed two 65” UHD 700 Nit, non-glare Samsung displays.  Unlike ordinary displays, these screens boast WiFi and Bluetooth capabilities, along with powerful 10W speakers to ensure that both visuals and audio are crisp and clear.  To complement these, Forty winks also installed two single-sided, battery-powered indoor floor stands with 43” displays.  These LCD displays are a flexible and easy way to highlight specific products and promotions and don’t require a constant power supply.

In an effort to further engage customers, Forty Winks, Kawana also installed eight 55” Samsung Full HD displays with anti-glare technology and ultra-thin bezels for seamless video wall integration.  These displays help create an immersive experience and showcase products in both the children’s area and ensemble showroom.

Finally, two 2.6mm pixel pitch transparent LED signs were also installed.  This LED signage offers an innovative way to advertise to passers-by while still allowing natural light to filter through the store making them the perfect solution for window shop fronts.  These displays measure 386mm by 724mm.

Creating Visual Engagement with a Digital Signage Display

At their Noosa store, Forty Winks also installed three 65” UHD 700 Nit, non-glare Samsung displays in landscape orientation for wider viewing angles to run promotions.  Additionally, four 46” displays with anti-glare screens and minimal bezels were also installed to create a video wall that runs national advertisements and product promotions.  Our fusion software was also helps run an uninterrupted video wall to display national advertisements and product promotions.

 

Tailored Content for Enhanced Customer Interaction

To enhance customer interaction, LED signage was installed behind tinted windows at the entrance of the Forty Winks’ Kawana location.  This strategic placement targets traffic along Nicklin Way (a main road in the area). This is possible thanks to the LED’s ultra-thin and transparent design that ensures it doesn’t hinder the welcoming ambiance of the store while broadcasting the latest promotional messages.

Portable Displays: Versatility Meets Information

Forty Winks hasn’t stopped at fixed installations. Portable displays offer the flexibility to spotlight various national promotions or provide detailed information on specific bed and furniture ranges. Whether it’s showcasing Australian-made products or highlighting sale items, these portable displays are essential in Forty Winks’ customer engagement strategy.
